How can I retrieve my lost text messages after taking out my SIM card and re-inserting it?
I took my SIM card out and inserted it into another identical phone, because my old one was acting up. My boyfriend offered to let me use his while he used a less updated phone. I noticed that the locked in texts I had saved on my phone had disappeared as well as all of my calendar events when I turned on his phone. I cannot figure out how to retrieve them or even if I can. I had a lot of info locked in there and I can't imagine being able to remember it all.. please help someone! I am not too worried about my calender info just my texts I lost...
My old phone has problems when I try to scroll my arrow buttons are touchy and its almost impossible to navigate from page to page. I did put my SIM card back into my old phone and my locked in texts were gone from there also. 
I don't understand if they were locked in how they could disappear?
Well the original phone has the texts on it, so if you care about them that much, you can fix the phone or what .... you didnt say what happened to the phone? If its broken. Then the texts are gone for good.
