The Baseball Stars

In the month of March, I set up an automatic withdrawal for one of my credit cards. In the middle of the month, I called to have that cancelled. I thought everything was fine, but they still withdrew it anyway. I called again to give them hell, but they have NO record or recollection of me cancelling. This isnt the first time this happens with this C.C. company. They are notorious for misinforming me and getting numbers wrong. Because there were not enough funds in my bank account, I got slammed with a non- sufficient funds charge. I called the bank to explain, but they said I need to call the credit card company and ask them to refund that charge. I know they are going to bounce me back and forth to avoid paying, but what can I do? I hate this fucking credit card company (which is why I closed my account). I am so pissed!!!
