the yankees not signing bernie williams?
The yankees currently do not have room on the roster to sign Bernie Williams, thanks to a recent signing of Doug Mientkiewicz. After all Bernie has done for new york including taking less playing time and giving up his center field duties to Johnny Damon. How do you feel about this?
I think it's a bad decision. Bernie Williams is a great baseball player, even in his age. He's one of the great Yankees to ever play the game. He's proven himself useful over the years, especially in the postseason. He holds many records in the postseason since he helps bring the Yankees to the postseason every year. He's a legend and it will be sad if he goes. Also, with Gary Sheffield gone, that's one less backup, and the Yankees may need him like they did last year.
My next comment is off topic and goes out to all the Yankee haters. Stop going on these sites and declaring the that they suck. You guys are all jealous that the Yankees are better than your teams, especially the Red Sox. It gets old listening to you guys crying all the time. The Yankees are the best team and you know it. So stop crying!!!
