I bought a used game from Gamestop which is corrupt?
Recently I bough pokemon platinum and Diamond. Whenever I turn off my DS the game makes me start all over again. I have deleted the other persons game, and I have saved multiple times. If I go to Gamestop will they give me my money back? Or a new game?
If you have the receipt, the game is used, and its been under 7 days then GameStop will happily give you the following options:
1. Give you store credit ( Putting the money on an EDGE card )
2. Use the money to buy another game.
3. Replace the game with another used one.
