What's the saddest (no death) hip hop moment for you?
For me it's when I heard that Mobb Deep signed on to work with that talentless hack known as 50 cent (c'mon ,there were the people that dropped "the infamous" and "hell on earth")...Plus their G-unit album was horrible....that one was a tragedy....
I remember when a friend told me that the Mobb had signed with them...I was like "helllll nooooo would they ever sign with 50." A week later, I heard it on the radio...huge tragedy indeed.
But I'm going with the day Yo! MTV Raps went off the air...though it had a proper send-off with some of the greats freestylin' (Rakim and others), it also became one of the more memorable days...
