Wins, Saves, E.R.A., WHIP, K's, and K/9
I have Juan Pierre (OF), and Billy Wagner(CP)...
I was offered Travis Hafner (util), and Oliver Perez (SP)
The only thing I don't like about Hafner is that he can only play util, but there are two Util. spots in this league..I have plenty of sources for other steals, so I don't really need Pierre, and I have 2 other closers

You should make this trade. Like you said, you have other closers to back you up when Billy Wagner is gone so that will not matter in the saves category. Juan Pierre is awesome at steals and hitting, but if you've got enough good hitters and a lot of speed, you really don't need Juan Pierre.
Travis Hafner is one of the best Fantasy baseball players. You should definitely do it in this case because your league has 2 UTIL spots. Travis is a difference-maker in the late months of baseball and he can get you a lot of homers and RBI's. In my opinion, Oliver Perez is an up and coming starter and is better than Billy Wagner, who's career is basically over.
