It is too optimistic to say that J.D. Drew and Coco Crisp is finally "getting their swing back"?
It is too easy to make snap judgments on a short span of games in baseball. The Red Sox are a very good team and all of the players you mentioned are quality players.
Who can predict how a team will do? This game is so unpredictable because of the variables involved (dominance on any given day by a pitcher, weather, injuries, fatigue from the grind, etc.)
Just keep supporting them and their talent will perform to the level it should.
