The Baseball Stars

ok. So the Brewers/Padres went into the 4th inning tied at 0-0. The Padres scored 4 on doug davis in the bottom of the 4th to go up 4-0. At the end of the 4th Doug Davis (of the brewers) had thrown 95 pitches (and had at least 2 men on base in 3 of the 4 innings). So the Brewers come up in the bottom of the 5th. There is 1 out and runners on 1st and 3rd. Doug Davis's spot comes up and Macha has him hit..he doesn't call for a pinch hitter to get a sac fly, but he calls for davis.. and not only to hit, but he had Davis lay down a bunt. So they end up scoring 0 in that inning. But thats not the end of it. Davis goes out the next Inning, faces 2 batters, and Macha pulls him. Is this the sign of possibly the worst manager in the majors? And this isn't a 1 time mess up...he doesnt' know what he's doing more than 1/2 the time. it's pathetic....does it make any sense what so ever to you??
