what's the bigger trade?
since the tigers and twins r both contending in the AL central. they both made moves today.
tigers got jarrod washburn from the mariners for luke french and a minor leaguer.
the twins got orlando cabrera from the A's for i'm not sure who lol.
in ur opinion which trade will have a bigger impact.
to cleveland army chef: the tigers prolly got the best 1-2-3 punches with verlander, jackson, and washburn. and the end of thier rotation aint bad at all, they got porcello, and galaraga which has been pitching lights out the last 2 or 3 games.
to poe: the white sox cant get traded b/c hes injured and hes out for the year.
I would choose a good pitcher over a good position defender any day.
Washburn is a pretty solid started. OC is a solid defender, but his bat isn't all that great.
As far as this season goes, OC compared to Washburn and his 2.60ish ERA? I'd have to say Washburn.
