I'm thinking of trading for Elvis Andrus in a 18 team fantasy baseball league.?
Pretty basic league, here is my complete roster. This is for a 18 team dynasty keeper league where you keep every player every year, and we have five minor league draft picks to make this weekend also. What do you think of my team in terms of weaknesses, players to possibly try and get (and what should I offer for them), etc?

I don't have a great deal of confidence in Tejada heading into this season, so finding a solid backup is probably a good idea. That said, Andrus was known more for his glove prior to last season and though he hit .295 with 54 steals in AA, that doesn't necessarily mean he'll match those numbers at the major league level.
A better option for this season may be Alcides Escobar of Milwaukee. He'll probably open the season in the minors but if (when) Weeks struggles with the big club they will move Hardy to 2B and give Escobar a shot. He hit .328 with 8 HR, 76 RBI and 34 steals at AA last year.
