How to find out the current value of baseball cards?
I am interested in selling my baseball cards and don't really know much about them. Should I take them to a local dealer or try and sell them online? I don't know where to start and would like to know the best way to check their value online before I decide where to sell them. I don't want to get screwed. Off hand, I know I have 1985-1989 Topps, each year in their own box which measures about 12 in. x 4 in.(approx.) So however many cards would fit into a box that size. Lastly, I don't think they are team specific. Thanks!
Go to a card store, but I would wait to sell them for about 25 years, because cards from the mid eighties to mid nineties are not worth much.
