Am I going about this acting jawn right?!?
I have an agency [Mary Anne Claro] in Philly interested in me. Let's just say I do get signed with them..now what? I am VERY serious about getting into film acting. The ultimate goal is to move to Los Angeles, eventually, though my parents won't go for it unless I prove I am good enough aka getting an agent, etc. Anyway, am I going about this correctly? Looking for an agent and going from there? I am so serious about this, honestly. Only problem, mom and dad won't pay for stuff I would need, like an SAG card, ect. Could I make it though? Be like Kristen Stewart or Nikki Reed. ps-i'm 16 
i do think what you're doing is smart. but for the money get a job at a place where they accommodate your hour preferences. also research that the company you're signing with is reliable. and when you're eighteen you should see if you can't get your agent to take you to the big screen and try out. also do A lott of stage productions to build up experience. get people'sopinionss to improve and keep doing what you love. though i'm optimistic for you i do have to warn you to have a back up if it blows out.
